Shift ManagerMarket Related Tshipise, Limpopo Our client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a skilled Shift Manager to join their team.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Red Seal certification as a Qualified Electrician or Electrical Millwright
4 years of experience in a hands-on role involving maintenance, fault detection and repairs in a similar industry would be highly beneficial
Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational tasks, managing the entire packing process from sorting to final packaging
Train and mentor staff to improve technical skills, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols
Supervise the maintenance crew to ensure continuous machinery functionality and overall packhouse performance
Perform electrical, mechanical and electronic repairs
Maintain infrastructure, including all electrical, plumbing and general maintenance for both the packhouse and office spaces
Ensure smooth shift coordination, especially for the pre-sorting and packing operations
