We are seeking a full-time, highly experienced, mature, Retail/Admin Representative who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality to work in a beauty salon
As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual able to work busy, retail hours
The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude while utilising leadership skills when interacting with customers and employees
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer service/hospitality role with retail experience
- Applicants must be mature with at least 10 years working experience
- Retail, Hotel, Restaurant or Beauty salon experience required
- Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices
- Ability to guide a team of 60+
- Must be able to lead by example
- High tolerance level under pressure
- Able to work well under high pressure and able to multitask
- Key competencies:
- Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office ability
- Strong customer service skills and service industry knowledge
- Excellent command of the English language- written and verbal
- Must have good mathematical comprehension & quick calculating ability
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
- Must be personally motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious
- Firm and pleasant personality
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Very good administrative, organizational and follow-up skills
- Present a neat, clean, very friendly and professional appearance
