- Recruit interview, and onboarrd new staff, facilitate job descriptions, and manage the onboarding process.
- Mediate conflicts, handle disciplinary inquiries, conduct exit interviews, and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and oversee training programs, facilitate and coach managers on perfomance management.
- Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business goals.

Candidate Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resources, Labour Law, Labour Relations, equivalent or above.
- 2+ Years Post Qualification Experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Experience in Disciplinary Inquiries.
- Experience in Staffing and Recruitment.
- Experience in BBBEE, EEA, WSP&ATR Compliance.
- Valid B driver's license or above.
- Comprehensive knowledge on Peoples Practices.
- SABPP Registration and Payroll Certification or Experience will be advantegeous.
