We are currently recruiting experienced Outbound Sales Agents to join our Dis-Chem Medical Insurance campaign, based at our Westville office in Durban.

Please note: This is NOT cold calling — agents will engage with pre-qualified leads / an existing customer database.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience (essential)
Previous insurance sales experience (essential)
Must be available to work full-time, in-office (Westville, Durban)
RE5 or a DOFA (Date of First Appointment) which is not expired (at least 6 months remaining to obtain RE5 qualification)

Required Skills

Insurance Sales: 2 to 3 years
Sales Agent: 4 to 5 years
Callcenter: 3 to 4 years
