Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of team leadership experience in a BPO environment, a sharp eye for quality and productivity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strategic thinking and planning, quality improvement initiatives, recruitment involvement, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Grade 12/diploma (minimum 12 years education) and solid BPO Team Leader/Assistant Manager experience and can juggle call flows, compliance audits and automation tasks.
