ServeCo is looking for a high-performing Sales Team Manager to lead and drive an outbound call centre team on our Dis-Chem Medical Insurance Campaign. This is a warm-leads / database campaign — no cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 10+ outbound call centre sales agents
• Drive daily performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Coach and develop agents through live call monitoring, roleplays, and feedback
• Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and weekly 1:1s
• Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience
• Ensure all sales processes are followed and reporting is accurate
• Motivate the team, create accountability, and manage team dynamics
• Manage your team holistically (performance, productivity, morale, behaviour, attendance)
