ServeCo Distribution is seeking a results-driven Dialler Manager to lead and optimise our outbound dialler function. This role is responsible for dialler strategy, campaign management, list segmentation, performance optimisation, reporting, and dialler governance — ensuring best practice call centre outcomes and full compliance.
Required Skills
- Sql: 1 to 2 years
- Analytics: 2 to 3 years
- Dialers: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Manage outbound dialler operations and daily dialler performance
- Configure and optimise dialler strategy: pacing, penetration, list priority, retries, wrap time alignment, and campaign rules
- Build and manage calling lists, segmentation models, exclusions, and suppression rules
- Monitor and improve dialler KPIs: connect rate, RPC, occupancy, talk time, conversion rates, drop/abandon rates
- Drive list hygiene, data quality improvements, and responsible contact policies
- Partner with Operations, QA, Training, WFM, IT, and Compliance to improve agent productivity and outcomes
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports, insights, and continuous improvement actions
- Ensure adherence to POPIA requirements, consent rules, opt-outs, and call centre governance
