A leadership opportunity exists on the West Rand for a Trauma Unit Manager to oversee emergency and trauma services within a high-pressure clinical environment where decisive leadership and clinical expertise are essential.

Requirements:

•        Diploma or Degree in Nursing.

•        Post-basic qualification in Trauma or Emergency Nursing.

•        Proven experience working within a trauma or emergency unit.

•        Previous unit management or shift-leading experience will be advantageous.

•        Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination skills.

•        Willingness to relocate or reside within reasonable proximity to the West Rand.

•        Registered with SANC.
