We are hiring a Fuel Service Station Site Manager, whom oversees daily operations, focusing on safety compliance, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, optimizing sales, managing fuel/merchandise inventory, ensuring environmental compliance, and providing excellent customer service.

Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to)

Operations & Safety: Supervised daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

Team Leadership: Recruited, trained staff members, enhancing service efficiency and productivity.

Inventory & Fuel Management: Managed inventory levels for fuel and convenience store products, reducing discrepancies and optimizing stock.

Financial Performance: Monitored sales, managed budgets, and performed cash reconciliation to maximize profitability and reduce losses.

Customer Experience: Resolved customer complaints promptly, improving satisfaction and driving repeat business. 

Security: Open and close shop, Complete daily managers check sheet, General security awareness and accountability as senior on site

General: Ensure correct freezer temperatures, General Maintenance management of the site, General day to day duties and ad hoc projects

Reporting & Finance: Record and report key performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis, actively participate as a member of the team, performing any other task, not specified herein, which from time to time may be assigned by the Dealer.

Requirements of hours to be worked

- 180-190 hours for the month

- Incumbent will be rostered for 5 days a week including Saturdays, Sundays
