The Role

We are seeking an Acquisition Analyst who will help us acquire 1-2 industrial facilities and land parcels for development in 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling property and land owners and gauging their interest in selling
• Managing a virtual assistant who will generate lead lists and underwrite deals
• Working with leadership to close deals and purchase properties

Compensation:

• $2,100/month base salary
• 0.5% acquisition fee (e.g. $2,000,000 purchase = $10,000 fee)
• 15 days discretionary PTO + 15 days mandatory PTO for US holidays
