BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FMCG (NATIONAL ROLE)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Representative for a national role within our growing FMCG business.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
The position requires regular travel across South Africa and strong relationship-building skills with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders.
Preference may be given to a female candidate, in line with our employment equity objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Drive national sales growth and expand market presence

Develop and maintain strong relationships with FMCG suppliers and customers

Identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements

Manage key accounts and support procurement and tender processes where applicable

Achieve agreed sales targets and reporting requirements

Represent the business professionally across all regions

- Sales: 2 to 3 years
- Business Dev.: 2 to 3 years

Proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel nationally
