The Role

You will be the driving force behind our sales team, balancing strong leadership with empathetic support. This role is about more than just numbers; it’s about growing our people and our presence in the luxury and security estate sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Growth: Actively recruit and onboard new talent to expand our footprint in the Somerset West area.

     

  • The Human Element: Mentor and coach agents with a focus on high energy, ethical practice, and a culture of excellence.

     
  • Sales Support & Negotiation: Provide hands-on assistance during high-value valuations and complex deal negotiations to ensure successful closings.

     
  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans targeting Somerset West’s high-growth sectors, including premium estates like Erinvale and Sitari.

     
  • Performance & Compliance: Manage the sales pipeline and conversion rates while ensuring 100% adherence to PPRA and FICA regulations.

     

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Qualifications: NQF4 (Real Estate) is essential; must be a full-status Property Practitioner.

     
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential sales with at least 1 year in a management or leadership capacity.

     
  • Local Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Somerset West property trends and the semigration market.

     
  • Tools for Success: Must possess your own reliable car, a valid driver’s license, and your own laptop.

     
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lightstone, CMA Info, and the Google Suite.

     

Compensation & Timing

  • Highly competitive base salary with industry-leading commission structure and performance bonuses based on team value.

  • Availability: This position is available immediately for the right candidate. However, we value quality and are willing to wait for a notice period to be served for the perfect fit.
