Sales Support & Negotiation: Provide hands-on assistance during high-value valuations and complex deal negotiations to ensure successful closings.

Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans targeting Somerset West’s high-growth sectors, including premium estates like Erinvale and Sitari.

Performance & Compliance: Manage the sales pipeline and conversion rates while ensuring 100% adherence to PPRA and FICA regulations.

Qualifications: NQF4 (Real Estate) is essential; must be a full-status Property Practitioner.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential sales with at least 1 year in a management or leadership capacity.

Local Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Somerset West property trends and the semigration market.

Tools for Success: Must possess your own reliable car, a valid driver’s license, and your own laptop.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lightstone, CMA Info, and the Google Suite.
