My client in the instrumentation industry is seeking a seasoned Process Instrumentation – Service and Sales based in Cape Town.

Role overview:
This position combines technical servicing and sales of industrial process instrumentation systems.

The role is focused on delivering high-quality technical support, designing and supplying measurement solutions, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships in the Cape Town region.

Key responsibilities:

• Install, commission, service, and maintain industrial process instrumentation measurement equipment and systems.
• Diagnose faults and resolve instrumentation and system performance issues.
• Design, specify, and propose industrial measurement system solutions based on customer requirements.
• Sell industrial process instrumentation equipment and systems.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers before and after sales.
• Work independently at client sites and from the workshop as required.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Ensure all service and sales activities are carried out professionally and on time.
