Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimise the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient planning, procurement, production coordination, warehousing, and distribution. The role is critical in driving cost efficiency, on-time delivery, quality standards, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and distribution
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Forecast demand and plan materials to support production schedules
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance (local & international suppliers)
• Monitor inventory levels to minimise stockouts, excess stock, and obsolescence
• Collaborate closely with production, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Analyse supply chain data and KPIs to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Manage logistics, freight, and delivery timelines to meet customer demand
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and planning teams
