Key Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimising the digital journey.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations.
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Innovation & Agility: Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and drive digital transformation.
