DUTIES:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and customer requests via phone and email
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and sales orders
• Support external sales representatives with administrative and sales coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide basic technical advice on products and applications (training provided)
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
• Liaise with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
