Dynamic Business Recruitment is on the hunt for a hands-on, trade tested Fitter who thrives in a high-volume manufacturing environment and knows how to keep production moving.

• Trade Test - Fitter (Red Seal or equivalent artisan certification)
• FMCG manufacturing exposure highly advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Fitter within a Maintenance department
• Strong root cause analysis & failure analysis skills - problem-solvers wanted
• Confident with breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement
