An opportunity exists for a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, firewalls, and virtualization platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer networks, servers, and cloud environments (Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V)
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure
• Configure and manage firewalls and VPNs (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet)
• Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshoot across client environments
• Monitor performance, manage tickets, and document solutions

Requirements

• SA ID holder
• 4–5 years’ experience as System / Network Engineer or Administrator
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, firewalls, VPNs, and VMWare
• Experience with ticketing tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow)
• Excellent English communication skills
