What You Will Do
- Meet clients, assess needs, recommend products from our range
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients
- Grow your network and reach new clients
- Follow all compliance, policy and legal requirements
- Stay updated on financial products, market changes and industry trends
What You Need
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Smartphone / smart device
- FAIS‑recognized qualification if experienced or willingness to obtain within 6 years of DOFA
- A large network, existing client base, or strong connections in your community
What Skills We Want
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset — self‑driven, opportunity‑focused, and business‑minded
- Good presentation skills
- Customer‑focused approach
- Understanding of the financial industry and current market trends
- Ability to work under pressure and stay motivated
Experience that helps
- Experience in sales, business development, real estate, teaching/coaching, running your business, freelancing or any role with strong community networks is highly beneficial.
Your income is commission‑based and depends on your sales success.
