Responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
3. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
4. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are stored securely.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
7. Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
8. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
9. Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience working in an administrative role.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of basic office management practices and procedures.
10. Professional and friendly demeanor.
