Administrator / Personal Assistant - George Western Cape Our client based in George is on a recruitment drive for a professional, well-spoken candidate to join their team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have an extremely high professional attitude, self-motivated and highly organized. Duties include but not limited:Managing inbound calls from International Travel AgentsAssisting and responding to requests in a professional mannerAnswering emails and correspondence inline with company policies and proceduresAssisting with ad hoc correspondenceMust have basic bookkeeping skills and knowledge – will assist when and where requiredGeneral Personal Assistant duties – including personal municipal payments, managing home office, etcGeneral administrationAny other ad hoc duties as may required from time to time

Qualifications:

Matric coupled with a secretarial and / or administrative certificate / diploma
3 years minimum in a similar role
Hospitality experience – hugely advantageous
Computer Literate – MS Office (intermediate Excel), accounting packages advantageous
English First Language
Own reliable transport
