We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to own strategy, guide execution, and drive meaningful growth for both our clients and our agency.
The Role
As a Marketing Strategist, you’ll be responsible for developing, overseeing, and optimizing high-impact marketing strategies across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with leadership, performance teams, and clients to ensure every campaign is aligned with business goals and backed by data.
This role is ideal for someone who blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-moving agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Develop end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with client and agency growth goals

Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans, funnels, and KPIs

Identify growth opportunities across paid media, SEO, content, email, CRO, and partnerships

Lead strategic planning sessions internally and with clients
Campaign Oversight & Optimization

Oversee multi-channel campaigns and ensure cohesive execution

Analyze performance data and continuously optimize strategy for ROI

Guide messaging, positioning, and funnel architecture

Provide strategic direction to media buyers, creatives, and copywriters
Collaboration & Leadership

Act as the strategic lead on key accounts

Collaborate with sales and account teams to support retention and growth

Mentor junior strategists and marketers as needed

Help refine internal processes, frameworks, and playbooks

Requirements

7–10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or high-growth environment

Strong background in performance marketing and funnel strategy

Proven ability to create and optimize scalable, ROI-driven campaigns

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and attribution models

Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability
Nice to Have

B2B, SaaS, or lead-generation experience

Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and AI-driven tools

Copywriting and offer-creation experience

Experience working directly with founders or executive teams
