ModCo is a specialist interiors company operating in the high-end residential market. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our sales function, manage incoming leads, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales, and internal teams.

This is a support sales role. It requires structure, follow-through, and confidence in dealing with clients daily.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Provide full sales support 

• Assist with preparing and sending quotes

• Follow up on client enquiries

• Track sales progress and maintain accurate records

Lead Management & Consultations

• Receive and manage all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, Meta)

• Contact potential clients and book complimentary consultations

• Qualify leads before booking where required

• Ensure all leads are logged and followed up consistently

Diary & Coordination

• Manage Struan’s sales diary and appointments

• Coordinate consultations, site visits, and follow-ups

• Ensure sales schedules are realistic and well planned

Client Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for sales enquiries

• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the sales process

• Keep clients informed on next steps and timelines

Administration

• Maintain CRM or lead tracking systems

• Assist with basic reporting on leads, quotes, and conversions

• Support general sales-related admin tasks
