We are in search of a skilled, professional Recruitment Consultant to join our Cape Town team, a high-energy individual with drive and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment recruiting blue-collar (bulk).

Duties include:

Sourcing

• Source potential candidates through various channels.


• Draft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

Screening

• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ skills, abilities, and cultural fit.

Selecting

• Interview candidates combining various methods 


• MIE checks


• Secure successful candidates and initiate onboarding processes for new hires.


• Continues building of candidate pools

Candidate Management

• Loading of candidates on CRM and Excel


• Updating of candidates placed on site


• Management of timesheet and employee numbers


• Co-ordinate with Hiring Managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs to build a talent pipeline geared towards fulfilling these requirements.

• BULK Recruitment experience in temporary Employment Services arena (beneficial)


• Matric


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Computer literacy and MS. Excel experience


• Candidate Management system experience 


• Pnet/Careers /LinkedIn /Indeed experience


• Excellent telephone etiquette


• Clear criminal record
