Financial Manager (JB5852)

Take ownership of the company’s financial management function, with a strong focus on cashflow, accounts control, project profitability, and compliance. This is a hands-on finance role where HR is limited to core administration and employee KPI tracking. Suited to a technically strong finance professional who is comfortable operating independently.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Finance / Accounting
SAIPA or SAICA registered (non-negotiable)
Minimum 3 years’ relevant finance experience
Strong working experience with Xero
Proven experience managing cashflow, accounts, and profit & loss
Solid understanding of payroll alignment and invoicing control

Duties and Responsibilities:
Full management of accounts, cashflow forecasting, and financial reporting
Manage project-based profit and loss tracking and analysis
Control invoicing accuracy and ensure timely billing
Monitor debtors, collections, and cashflow movement
Oversee payroll alignment and accuracy
Maintain compliance with basic statutory and financial requirements
Manage Xero and Hubdoc workflows
Track and report on monthly employee KPIs
Handle limited HR administration, including contracts, attendance, discipline, and basic ER processes
Support management with financial insights and reporting
