Our client in Citrusdal is looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our fast-growing startup company in the agriculture industry. The BI Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing reports, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making for internal teams and clients. You will be part of a cross-functional team of engineers, business stakeholders, and data scientists, working together to deliver innovative products and services.

Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. 
Experience in a BI Analyst or similar role is a plus. 
Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis tools (e.g., 
SQL, Excel, Power BI).  
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to 
non-technical stakeholders. 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
Familiarity with supply chain and processes is a bonus.  
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup 
environment.

Responsibilities 
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple 
sources to generate actionable insights. 
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports 
using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide stakeholders with clear and concise information.  
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in operations.  
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions.  
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational processes and optimize supply chain efficiency.  
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all 
reporting and analysis activities.
