We are seeking a motivated Client Service Administrator with a passion for excellent service delivery, strong administrative skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
📍 Location: Pretoria East
💰 Salary: R12 000 – R15 000 (depending on experience)
👉 Available Positions: 1
🕰️ Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 | Fridays: 08:00 - 16:00
One Saturday per month: 09:00 - 13:00
📈 Start Date: As soon as possible
Your role in the team:
As a Client Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating recruitment and client service processes. Your responsibilities include:
• Job description preparation: Gather information from clients and create accurate, professional job descriptions aligned with client needs.
• Job advertisement posting: Upload and manage job postings across various platforms and monitor their effectiveness.
• Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring all logistical arrangements run smoothly.
• Communication and follow-up: Maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates before and after interviews, providing relevant preparation and feedback.
• Candidate engagement: Stay in touch with candidates during their first three months to ensure a positive and sustainable placement.
• Team support: Work closely with the sales, recruitment, marketing, and quality assurance teams to optimize processes.
• Company representation: Act as a professional and reliable representative of the company in all client interactions.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Tertiary qualification: In Sales, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (advantageous)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in client service, sales, or recruitment
• Language skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Computer skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Jou rol in die span:
As Kliëntediensadministrateur sal jy ’n sleutelrol speel in die ondersteuning en koördinering van werwings- en kliëntediensprosesse. Jou verantwoordelikhede sluit die volgende in:
- Opstel van posbeskrywings: Versamel inligting van kliënte en stel akkurate, professionele posbeskrywings op wat in lyn is met kliëntbehoeftes.
- Publisering van werksadvertensies: Laai en bestuur posadvertensies op verskeie platforms en monitor hul doeltreffendheid.
- Onderhoudkoördinering: Skeduleer en koördineer onderhoude tussen kliënte en kandidate en verseker dat alle logistieke reëlings glad verloop.
- Kommunikasie en opvolg: Hou deurlopende kontak met kliënte en kandidate voor en na onderhoude en voorsien relevante voorbereiding en terugvoer.
- Kandidaat-verbintenis: Bly in kontak met kandidate gedurende hul eerste drie maande om ’n positiewe en volhoubare aanstelling te verseker.
- Spanondersteuning: Werk nou saam met die verkope-, werwing-, bemarking- en kwaliteitsversekering-spanne om prosesse te optimaliseer.
- Maatskappyverteenwoordiging: Tree op as ’n professionele en betroubare verteenwoordiger van die maatskappy in alle kliëntinteraksies.
Vereistes:
- Minimum kwalifikasie: Graad 12 / Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat
- Tersiêre kwalifikasie: In Verkope, Besigheidsadministrasie, Menslike Hulpbronne of ’n verwante veld (voordelig)
- Ervaring: Minimum 2 jaar ondervinding in kliëntediens, verkope of werwing
- Taalvaardigheid: Uitstekende verbale en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels
- Rekenaarvaardighede: Vaardig in MS Word, Excel en Outlook
