Tele-sales and on the road candidates: 

1. Cold call and close over the phone or in person.
2. Set appointments, follow up and develop new clients.
3. Up-sell, grow and build baskets.
4. Report on activity, pipeline and forecasted sales.
5. Market feedback and accurate intel on movements and trends.
6. Develop client routes/ rounds and ensure feasibility of sales into that area.
7. Presentable, marketable, willing, passionate and with a Hunter mentality.
8. Capable of being a team player with independent goals and a consistent work ethic.
