Job Title: Administrator - Creditors

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator - Creditors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining positive relationships with our creditors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
2. Reconcile creditor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Assist with the preparation of payment runs and ensure timely payment of invoices.
4. Maintain accurate records of all creditor transactions.
5. Work closely with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for payment.
6. Respond to creditor inquiries and address any issues promptly.
7. Monitor and track expenses to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
8. Assist with month-end accounting procedures related to creditors.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
2. Strong numerical and data entry skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
5. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
