Job Title: Manager - Used Vehicle Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our used vehicle sales team. The Manager of Used Vehicle Sales will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage used vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and departmental sales goals
- Provide training and support to sales staff to ensure they are equipped to meet sales objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement                  necessary changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer retention and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to optimize the overall customer                experience
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of the used vehicle market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license
