The Perdeberg Group, situated in the Paarl Wine region and renowned for it’s innovation, dedication to excellence & multi-award winning wine portfolio, has an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with: *Reconciliation of supplier accounts against statements for each supplier *Daily update of creditors & invoice processing *Weekly age analysis reporting *Age analysis reconciliation & processing on Palladium *Maintaining cashflow schedule and daily updates & reconciliations *Loading month-end creditors on the bank for approval *Obtaining & facilitating weekly payments *Updating daily bank on accounting system *Daily cashups *Oversight and reconciliation of petty cash & banking of excess *All ad hoc and administrative tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• A tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting;
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in MS Office & Pastel/Palladium accounting software;
• Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English);
• Own reliable transport.
