NexusAG Property (Pty) Ltd., part of the NexusAG Group and with its offices located in Paarl, is a leading storage and logistics service provider for the agricultural distribution industry.

NexusAG Property (Pty) Ltd. currently has the above vacancy for a dynamic individual with a combination of well-developed administrative and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be expected to perform well under pressure, and has strong communication skills.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, and at least 2 years’ relevant experience in stock and warehouse administration are minimum requirements for this position. Numeracy and computer proficiency are further requirements. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the agricultural sector and a qualification in inventory/logistics/supply chain.

The successful candidate will report to the Warehouse Coordinator and responsibilities include, among others:
• General stock and storage administration;
• Weekly/Monthly stock counts and reconciliations;
• Responsible for stock control and stock records;
• Provide and process stock delivery documentation;
• Assist drivers with queries and handle inventory queries;
• Provide logistical information where and when needed;
• Regular liaison with all relevant stakeholders.
