NexusAG, with its head office in Paarl, is a leading provider of agricultural crop solutions to optimise healthy crops and contribute to food security.

NexusAG currently has the above vacancy for a dynamic, energetic, and organised individual with a combination of well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. The incumbent has proven logistics knowledge (specifically in relation to orders and invoicing), and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum requirements include a relevant tertiary qualification (BCom Logistics) and a minimum of 3 years‘ relevant experience in a similar role. Knowledge regarding the management, processing and reconciliation of orders, as well as good numeracy and computer skills (MS Office, Sage X3), are further requirements. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the agricultural sector.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
• Processing and checking inventory orders;
• Resolving discrepancies and performing reconciliations;
• General debtors administration;
• Direct and regular liaison with all stakeholders, including clients, agents and suppliers;
• All administrative duties related to the position.
