Brief Description of Key Performance Areas

When equipment, to be repaired, is stripped, compile a list of requirements and a cost estimate.
For repair and new jobs, prepare time, cost, material and labor estimates.
Consult with employees in other departments to discuss and formulate final estimates
Prepare estimates for use by Sub-conntractors.
Confer with Engineers, TSR’s and Sub-contractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Based on estimates do planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
Prepare cost and other necessary documentation as required in order to do cost monitoring and reporting.
Keep filing system for these records up to date.
Conduct evaluations to develop standard rate data and determine possible cost reductions.
Communicate job status to Management and Internal Customers.
Effectively ensure full compliance to the SHEQ Management System.
