This dual-role position is crucial for maintaining optimal raw material inventory levels, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring the timely delivery of high quality, company.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between supply chain/procurement and manufacturing, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

 
Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination
Scheduling: Plan and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer demand, optimizing resource and capacity utilization.
Works order Processing: Create works orders based on requirements for orders and stock level maintenance and completion of works orders after production.
Workflow Management: Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to the schedule and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that arise in the manufacturing process.
Quality & Standards: Collaborate with the Quality Control department to maintain strict quality standards throughout the production cycle, ensuring all batches meet formulation specifications.
Reporting: Prepare and analyse production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like output, eAiciency, and waste, and suggesting areas for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to paint and chemical manufacturing.
