CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:

Logging of Retirement claims onto Natural (Applinx) system and ensuring that all required documentation and member details are correct
Compiling statistics
Collecting mail and documents daily
Sorting documents and files before sending them for scanning
Filing of documents
Handling and maintaining an excellent filling system
Request and Retrieve files / documents stored internally and offsite for different departments
Transferring correspondences and files to different departments
Assist with BEX Express deliveries
