Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in production planning the food manufacturing industry – preferably highly perishable foods.
• HACCP, GMP, and traceability systems knowledge
• Must be able to create and maintain production schedules, track raw materials and finished goods.
• Must be able to communicate with supervisors and warehouse teams and support the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Diploma in Production or Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Matric
• Training in HACCP, GMP, or food safety standards is advantageous.
