Sales Setter & Closer – Men’s Faith-Based Coaching (Remote)

Rise Up Kings empowers men to grow in faith, family, fitness, and finance. We’re hiring a high-energy Sales Setter & Closer to generate pipeline through outbound calls and convert qualified prospects into clients.

This is a full-time, 100% remote hybrid role (50% setting, 50% closing) reporting to the Director of Operations. Availability required weekdays 8 AM – 5 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Setting (50%)

• Make high-volume outbound calls (warm & cold leads)

• Qualify prospects and book appointments

• Follow scripts and KPIs

• Track activity in GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Follow up to increase show rates

Closing (50%)

• Run scheduled sales calls

• Follow structured sales framework

• Handle objections confidently

• Close deals and collect payment

• Hit weekly revenue targets
