We are hiring operational coordinators in South Africa to support and supplement our U.S. team.

This is NOT an admin role.

You will manage live delivery routes using software like Onfleet, coordinate independent contractors (ICs), source last-minute labor when needed, and ensure routes are completed as fast as possible — within budget and without excuses.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing daily delivery routes in routing software (Onfleet or similar)
• Optimizing route efficiency and minimizing cost per stop
• Monitoring live deliveries and resolving issues immediately
• Following up aggressively with drivers and contractors
• Building and maintaining a strong network of independent contractors
• Sourcing “instant labor” when needed (e.g., rideshare drivers or local couriers)
• Escalating issues before they become problems
• Tracking KPIs in Excel and reporting on performance

If a route is behind, you fix it.
If a driver goes silent, you escalate.
If a delivery fails, you own the solution.
