Job DescriptionA well-established FMCG company is seeking a reliable and driven Merchandiser to service stores in the Milnerton area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal product presentation, stock availability, and compliance with merchandising standards to maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain allocated shelf space in accordance with company standards and planograms
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-shaped, and attractively displayed at all times
Monitor product performance, including best sellers, slow sellers, and item codes
Work closely with the Sales Representative to maximize shelf space and sales opportunities
Follow assigned routes efficiently to ensure maximum productivity
Take and submit before-and-after photographs of each store visit to Head Office
Complete and submit daily call reports
Report customer complaints and store feedback to the Sales Manager
Perform physical merchandising tasks and travel between stores as required
Meet or exceed monthly performance targets and merchandising objectives

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) qualification
Basic FMCG product knowledge
Ability to perform physical work and travel between outlets
Strong time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high merchandising standards
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
