About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow within the team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
  • Assist with customer service by responding to enquiries and providing product or service information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Track and update sales reports, performance dashboards, and order statuses.
  • Assist with quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance across all sales documents and processes.
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and sales documentation using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and follow‑ups where required.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales or Customer Service.
  • Experience in Sales Support or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong Administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge or experience in Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
  • Telecommunications industry experience (advantageous, but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
