Employer: Ovations Talent Sourcing
This is a 12- month contract with our client in the banking sector, we are looking for 3 consultants.
Please not candidates with less than 5 years experience will not be considered.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between HR strategy and business execution. You will act as a consultant to our Heads of HR, leveraging data-driven insights to transform our organizational design and employee experience.
Required Skills

Candidate Requirements
- Strategic Advisory: Build credibility with senior stakeholders by providing accurate insights and consulting on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Change & Culture: Lead cultural transformation programmes and change management initiatives that resonate within a fast-paced banking environment.
- Operational Excellence: Analyse HR processes and culture survey data to identify efficiencies, recommending and implementing tech or process improvements.
- Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of HR-driven projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and quality standards on time.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Specialist Heads to support talent management, diversity objectives, and performance frameworks.
- We need a professional who can navigate the complexities of a CIB environment with a blend of technical expertise and emotional intelligence.
- Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field (NQF Level 7).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years specifically in a management consulting or advisory role.
- Technical Edge: Proven skills in Project Management, Organisational Development (OD), and using business metrics to measure HR success.
- Communication: Exceptional business writing and presentation skills—you can turn complex data into a compelling narrative for executives.
