Job Title: FRUIT SORTING & GRADING MACHINE OPERATORLocation: SwellendamAre you passionate about precision, efficiency, and delivering top-quality produce? Our client is looking for a candidate to play a pivotal role in ensuring that their fruit and citrus products meet the highest standards, from farm to table.Key Responsibilities:Operate fruit and citrus sorting/grading machines efficiently and effectively.Meet throughput targets while maintaining high-quality output.Calibrate and monitor sizer scales and cameras to ensure accurate sorting.Uphold all quality and safety standards at all times.Communicate breakdowns, changeovers, and lot-end updates to minimize downtime.Extract and submit sizer reports after each changeover to relevant stakeholders.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the fruit industry.
Demonstrate knowledge of electronic food/fruit sorting machinery and tools including its design, uses, repair and maintenance.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans & English.
Good comprehension of numerical data.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
