Job Title: CRM Transfer Agent

Location: Johannesburg CBD

Position Summary:

To increase customer loyalty and retaining business services by effectively handle conflict resolution, problem solving, responding to tenants and internal stakeholder queries in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine tenant eligibility for transfers

• Engage with tenants to understand their preferences regarding transfer destinations

• Negotiate and process lease renewals with tenants considering transfers

• Promote current specials, available units, and services to increase tenant awareness

• Coordinate tenant transfers between buildings by liaising with relevant departments and overseeing the process through to completion

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of transfer reasons in CRM Property Management System

• Provide first-line support and assist customers with end-user administrative tasks related to the CRM Property Management System.
  
  

Experience & Qualification:

• NQF level 4 essential
• 1 year experience in transfer, customer services, retention, sales or similar essential
