• In all ways to assist the Divisional Manager in duties pertaining to the effective functioning of the SleepNet-BreatheNet Home Ventilation Program in
Pretoria.
• To assist with the function of the Home Oxygen service in the region.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers and end-users
• Providing technical support and training to healthcare providers and end-users to ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
• Providing feedback to product management / quality team on the features and performance of medical devices
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical device industry, including new products and technologies
• Participating in trade shows and other industry events to promote medical devices and provide technical support to customers

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications and Competency Criteria
• Essential: Grade 12 pass
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, engineering, nursing or healthcare or Diploma such as EEG Technician, BLS or BAA.
• Job specific in-service training to understand customer needs, and associated products
o Proficiency will be determined by both theory test results and practical assessments
o Periodic assessments and performance evaluations to assess ongoing competency

Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare industry or technical support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Drivers license code B (manual)
• Own reliable transport preferred / essential
• Ability to work well under pressure and with large volumes of work
• Display strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain organized
