A diversified financial services group that provides wealth management, investment solutions, and risk management to retail and institutional clients, is seeking a Business Analyst who will serve as the strategic link between business needs and technical solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys.

• Translate business needs into technical documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows).

• Validate requirements for feasibility, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" states using flowcharts and process models to eliminate bottlenecks.

• Leverage data modeling to identify trends, predict outcomes, and provide actionable insights.

• Develop dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Facilitate collaboration between business units and IT to ensure alignment.

• Support the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design through to UAT and implementation.

• Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education:
  * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, OR

  • Relevant Professional Certification (e.g., National Certificate in Business Analysis or Certificate Programme in Business Analysis).

• Experience:
  * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
  • Proven track record in analytics and systems development.

• Technical Proficiency:
  * High proficiency in data management and modeling.

  • Solid understanding of the System Development

  • Life Cycle (SDLC) and Unified Modelling Language (UML).

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills (verbal and written).

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build business cases.
