Our client is seeking two experienced and customer-focused Sales Agents – Customer Service to manage, nurture, and grow existing client relationships. This role is centered around account management, upselling, cross-selling, and client retention, ensuring long-term loyalty, renewals, and sustainable revenue growth.

📍Location: Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal
💰Salary:
 R20,000 – R25,000 + Commission Structure on Revenue Sold

🕰️Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 07:45 – 17:00 | Friday: 07:45 – 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the current client base.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with clients.

  • Continuously educate clients on products and services.

  • Oversee contract renewals and ensure ongoing client retention.

  • Track and monitor client performance metrics on a daily basis.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and product development to enhance client offerings.

  • Manage customer expectations regarding products, services, and implementation.

  • Ensure strict adherence to rollout plans and deadlines.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (strong advantage).

  • Proven sales track record of 5–10 years in a similar role.

  • Experience in both new business acquisition and servicing existing clients.

  • Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in fast-paced environments within industries such as:
    Mining, construction, logistics, facilities, hospitality, security, or agriculture.

  • Strong knowledge of security products and services will be highly beneficial.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho and Acumatica, is highly advantageous.

Ons kliënt is op soek na twee ervare en kliënt-gefokusde Verkoopsagente: Kliëntediens om bestaande kliënteverhoudings te bestuur, te versterk en verder te ontwikkel. Hierdie rol is gefokus op rekeningbestuur, opverkope (upselling), kruisverkope (cross-selling) en kliëntebehoud om langtermyn lojaliteit, hernuwings en volhoubare inkomste te verseker.

Hierdie posisie vereis ’n selfgedrewe professionele persoon wat gemaklik is in ’n vinnige, hoëdruk-omgewing en wat sterk verhoudings kan bou met sleutelbesluitnemers.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Bestuur en ontwikkel bestaande kliënteverhoudings om tevredenheid en lojaliteit te verseker.

  • Identifiseer opverkope- en kruisverkoopgeleenthede binne die bestaande kliëntebasis.

  • Ontwikkel en implementeer strategiese rekeningplanne saam met kliënte.

  • Verseker kliënte word voortdurend opgevoed oor produkte en dienste.

  • Bestuur kontrakhernuwings en verseker kliëntebehoud.

  • Moniteer en volg daagliks kliëntprestasie-aanwysers.

  • Werk nou saam met interne spanne soos bemarking en produkontwikkeling om kliënte-aanbiedinge te verbeter.

  • Bestuur kliënteverwagtinge rondom produkte, dienste en implementering.

  • Verseker dat uitrolplanne streng nagekom word en spertye bereik word.


Pos Vereistes:

  • Baccalaureusgraad in Besigheid, Verkope & Bemarking of ’n verwante veld (’n definitiewe voordeel).

  • Bewese verkoopsrekord van 5–10 jaar in ’n soortgelyke rol.

  • Ervaring in beide nuwe kliënte-verkryging en dienslewering aan bestaande kliënte.

  • Sterk kliëntgesentreerde benadering met fokus op tevredenheid en behoud.

  • Uitstekende kommunikasie-, aanbiedings- en onderhandelingsvaardighede.

  • Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en te floreer in ’n vinnige, hoëdruk-omgewing.


Ervaring:

  • 5–10 jaar se ervaring in ’n vinnige omgewing binne een of meer van die volgende bedrywe:
    Mynbou, konstruksie, logistiek, fasiliteite, gasvryheid, sekuriteit of landbou.

  • Sterk kennis van sekuriteitsprodukte en -dienste sal ’n groot voordeel wees.


Tegniese Vaardighede:

  • Gevorderde vaardighede in Excel, Microsoft Office en PowerPoint.

  • Ervaring met CRM-stelsels, spesifiek Zoho en Acumatica, is hoogs wenslik.
