An established and growing business is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage the procurement function, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, strong supplier relationships, and uninterrupted operational supply.

Minimum requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the procurement department and purchasing processes
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
- Oversee stock planning, supplier performance, and cost control
- Manage and mentor procurement staff
- Work closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ procurement experience (management level preferred)
- Qualification in Procurement / Supply Chain Management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP / procurement systems
