Leads Specialist - Property Sales - Western Cape Property & Real Estate Opportunities with a leading Developer in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town as well as the Midrand area

A prominent property group is seeking skilled Leads Specialists with in-depth knowledge of the Cape Town residential rental market. 

Minimum Requirements
Qualification:

• Matric Certificate
• PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (advantageous)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a call centre environment (insurance or sales advantageous)

Key Competencies

• Proven ability to sell telephonically
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Multilingual capability (English plus additional official languages advantageous)
• Strong work ethic and performance orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with CRM systems and structured workflows
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls
• Secure property viewing appointments
• Maintain high call centre performance standards
• Compile and analyse conversion rate reports
• Interpret marketing data to optimise lead conversion strategies
